I was selected by Harvard Business School Online to participate in the Mount Everest simulation, a team- based leadership and decision-making exercise centered on successfully reaching the summit in a realistic

risk-based environment. The simulation emphasized collaboration, data interpretation, and strategic judgment under pressure.

Through this experience, I used data analytics and team-based leadership approaches to evaluate options, manage risk, and support safe decision-making. The project reinforced the importance of communication,

leadership, and analytical thinking in complex team environments.
