Bike-Shop Simulation Project

During my master’s degree program, I worked on a business simulation project focused on operating a bike shop through an online platform. This project provided insight into the many decisions involved in

managing a business, including planning, operations, and strategic thinking in a simulated environment.

It was one of the most challenging projects I completed early in graduate school, and it helped me better understand how much coordination, analysis, and effort are required to manage an organization effectively.

The experience strengthened my skills in process simulation, planning, and analysis.
